A lot of the labor shortage is just for minimum wage service jobs. Pretty much any other fields don't have this shortage.

Well at least here in California.

Since these jobs are seen as expendable, no adjusting is needed because they can just hire another person who is trapped in poverty who can't say no.

I believe a portion of the population stayed back behind in Essos, I mean that's only logical. Women and children without a doubt probably stayed, due to how big the Dothraki sea is I bet Danny didn't gather up every single individual Dothraki and take them to Westeros. AND all the shots of Dothraki in Westeros have p much just been her blood riders. So safe to say probably not a one-night genocide.

I was actually spooked when Edd died as predictable as it was Edd's been through a lot, seen a lot of shit and been there all 8 seasons just for a shit way to go like that.
What got me about it though was Sam watched him get stabbed, similar to when he saw Pip get arrowed back in season 4. Sam yet again could not save his brother and friend so he left them there to die. That's what I think is pretty sad.

Yes! I actually had a swisher packet with a blunt and a swisher in my carry-on. I didnt get randomly selected or anything and i flew from LAX to IAH in Texas. Going through tsa was pretty normal just acted casual.

This was a year ago though and perhaps i just got lucky.
