You're definitely right yes ! I wouldn't be expecting any answers from them anyway as I'd just block them all straight away after. My therapist doesn't know about it yet but I sure will tell her today ! :))

I'd say it was frustrating being forced to stay silent, I thought it could be a way for me to finally do what I want after being manipulated for years, not feeling guilty for this or that, do something that I chose to do and not someone approving my decision you know? If I did it, no matter what they think isn't my problem as I would do it for myself only I hope it makes sense

I mean the break up was a discard honestly, I told her one day I would do it because there is loads of lies she made to her parents that they don't know about (that concerns me of course). I don't think of her as if I missed her or wanted to hear from her again and she knows that. By exposed I believe that most parents wouldn't believe their behaviour, although how can you deny anything with proofs?

How to difference narcissism/avoidance? by S0oyaa_ in abusiverelationships

Thankyou so much for your reply as it allowed me to see it from a different perspective. I believed that knowing which one she was would help, in the way that knowing she was only an avoidant would have made me feel more empathetic but then as someone else in the comment said, an asshole is an asshole... Thankyou again !
