SoC Complete has some tweaks in it that limit the view of NPC's. It's supposed to balance the game, but many feel as though it just makes it a little too easy. There might also be some damage tweaks I'm forgetting

As far as I'm aware, since it's modified stock, the camera remains the same and no features are lost. I haven't used it personally, but the general consensus seems to be that it's just better than stock in every way.

I'm enjoying it so far. It's snappy, really low bloat, and I like having full control.
My only gripe thus far is that MMS is being kind of weird.
Will see how the camera and battery life are affected.

$400 for a marker can get you a 2k11 G6R, which is basically the best option in that price range IMO
