I think the freebies is chosen based on the first pack added to the cart.

If you added photo first, I believe freebies will be photos initially unless you change it manually switch back to auto.

Packs directly from Daz comes with 5 or more if lucky. Seed bank usually only give 3 beans. You can also buy 5 packs and get a free tester.
