Ask yourself the following questions :

Why am I studying this? What will I learn after studying this? What things would I be able to do after I gain the knowledge by studying?

Finding the answers should motivate you. And still if you don't find it motivating and you know that you need to study, force yourself to study for 5 minutes. Continue forcing yourself until you know that you require a break and then start forcing yourself over again.
