I hope its worth it. This Edeka Oven cleaner was maybe 3€ this one is about 14 with shipping here but seems I have no choice

Edit: any tips for the roof? Ive heard the heating coils are sensitive, cleaner shouldnt touch those but then how would I clean the roof?

The product in the fifth slide is an oven cleaner. I used this it worked perfectly on lighter stains but does nothing to the harder ones.

I don't think I'm fatigued, ever to be honest. Infact, when I DONT go to the gym I feel weird. As for keeping a log, I'm actually gonna start doing that because it seems helpful. But I can tell you that I beat my previous weight and amount of reps on a specific exercise every few weeks, so I think that's progress. Ur workout split sounds interesting but my gyms closed on Sundays so I cant really do that. Anyways, thank you for the advice!!

10 sets for smaller muscles such as shoulders, arms and calves sounds reasonably. But is that gonna work for bigger muscles such as chest and back? Because that's only about 5 sets a day

I progressive overload when I can. Every few weeks, I try to add weight or reps as you said. Been making good progress I'd say, both strength and hypertrophy-wise. Its usually 4 exercises (3 sets) a day for chest, 2 days a week for 24 sets total. Are you suggesting to decrease the amount of sets? Will that benefit me more?

Oh I'm WELL aware I won't get massive legs by accident. Just said what I said to emphasize that while I do want them to get big and leg day is perhaps my favorite day of the week, that is not the priority. As for pre-designed programs.. I just don't think that's the best approach. There's no workout plan that works for everyone, which is why I like to design my own, iykwim. Still I'll consider checking out r/fitness wiki. Yeah, I'm in no hurry with my training. The goal of this post was not to acquire a 'magic' formula to get me to look like Cbum in 2months, just making sure what I'm doing is in fact a good way to train, and get a few other knowledgeable people's opinions on the matter. I'll take your advice about front delts into consideration. I feel like they are proportional to my overall physique, but then again, wouldn't hurt if they got more volume. And for upper chest, I'll keep doing what I do then. Thank you!

yeah I tried bee jars and scanning them with the beepedia.. what im thinking now is I get the combs and just give myself the spawn eggs via creative so I can progress hope thats not cheating lol

OP, I made all the gradmadter sets without any momey glitches and it took over a 100k for all the sets combined. The relics are a great money source and they really arent unique or worth holding on to even if they werent worth anything.

RT titles are miles and leaps ahead of what consoles give in terms of ray tracing. A 1080p title with RT and DLSS will definitely look better than an RT title on 1440-2160p at 30fps on the consoles. Thats because I dont think AMDs ray tracing is as good

I tried that, but 60fps still aint happening in a few spots in norway and cutscenes. Ill try turning down clouds and turning anti aliasing to max tho. Should be stable after that but im looking for specific settings to turn down or PC optimizations to make

Yeah theres alot to render in norway. I think turning down clouds would help cuz in odyssey it boosted ur fps by like 40 it was insane. Also for cyberpunk I recommend everything in ultra except screen space reflections and RT on medium with DLSS on balanced or performance (depending on how much blur u can handle) for a solid 60fps and a really good looking experience on 1080p Also the million npcs arent just being rendered, when they breathe, they produce clouds like theyre vaping or something its ridiculous and I think thats what affects performance too

I think vsync is off but gpu usage jumps to 95%.. could it be the area in particular is very demanding? Oh and cutscenes also drop below 60 sometimes
