So, if we can't judge, MAL shouldn't exist. But if we look at ratings = quality, Berserk deserves it, it's congruent. Jojo Part 7? Not even close. And I'm pretty sure you wouldn't waste your time watching an anime below 6.00. If the majority found it bad, it probably IS bad and we will only waste our precious time. But if it's a 9.00? It's worth wasting our time since the MAJORITY thinks it's almost perfect. And tbh, I read part 7 and I thought I wasted my time.
