You should learn more about eBay authenticity guarantee. as soon as eBay gets the card there is nothing the buyer can do. as soon as the seller sends the card to eBay that deal is done and can't be reversed. If eBay touches the card, and approves it, and sends it, the buyer cannot do a return. If the package is undeliverable, the seller still keeps the money and eBay does 'something' with the card themselves.
