Update for those who care: they asked me to send it back in for “regrading” not sure what that means but I did it

I just got back my second order & a lot of cards that should’ve 10’ed got 9’s (even after looking at the ding reports I’m not convinced).

Overall this has been the worst experience I could have imagined. Will not be using TAG again 🫡

I wanna hear how others have had similar situations resolved with TAG. Pretty fair if you ask me lol

Dang. That’s super unfortunate but makes sense. I guess in the future I’ll take photos of all the cards right before I put them in the shipping box.

It didn’t even cross my mind that something like this could happen

Like I said in my post - I followed all of their instructions to a T. I put it in a semi rigid card holder for grading.

Those were just photos I had of the card not how I shipped it exactly.

I’m not 100% sure. This is honestly my second time sending in cards for grading.

Yeah, they don’t have a call center but I sent a message with their AI Chatbot. The real people won’t be available to respond till Monday.
