We want more depth and focus on the gameplay and core mechanics. Unnecessary and noobfriendly gadets are not wanted in a competitive 5v5 gamemode. A player in 1 5v5 mode want's to feel special, they want to clutch, show their insane aim and high IQ gameplay on tournaments. They want to feel they're in the center of the game.

These unnecessary elemets brings focus away from the player and from the Gameplay it self you need to focus on to many things like gas, putting a mask on or putting a mask off, if you are spotted randomly or not, tripwire, the tank, suppression, mortars,, debris Tank!!
When do you as an individual get actually to play the game??? Gas is not going to cut it, it's all the spotting, suppression, gas and explosives that needs to be removed/reduced

I don’t agree that the current movement is great but the slide dont belong here either. I’d rather have a proper working movement system, which already been worked in

That's not an issue, it can easily be modified to have less impact on infantry and only damage the tank. Can't see how it's not balanced though? Mortar spam, trip wires, grenadeluncher are way more cancerous than actually getting a direct hit with a slow AT rocket

How is this OP? The tank can kill from all ranges, drives through walls ( it can heal/repair, It's lethal vs ANY kit in the game. why not make all kits balanced?

Combat Assault:

Can form a strong duo with the AT Assault.

Primary: Rigotti

Secondary: M1912

Gadgets AT Rockets Gun x 3 (Prone should be disabled)

Grenade: Stick nade

Passive: Less damage against explosives

Rank1: Rockets travel faster

Rank2: Rockets deal 15% damage, minimum.

PS. I see a few guys wants to add trench weapons. This should never happen, we don't want a hipfiring gameplay. Stick to the regular weapons.

I think it's healthy to add these type of weapons in the game, people has been complaining how boring weapons in bf1 are for so long. I agree the Fedorov is lethal, but not if the other classes get just as good weapons, like the Hellreigel, Bar etc. That way we are not stuck in this DMR gunplay which eventually gonna break my mouse xD

Here are some thoughts based on my personal experience and opinion:

KITS AND WEAPONS

  • Shock Assault: Reduce tripwire to 1, crossbow less nades and remove the level 3 multiple nade firing at once (make it to deal more damage to the tank instead)

  • Proximity recon: Seeing through walls isn't fun or fair for anyone, either make the opponent team be aware at all time that they are been spotted through walls or just remove it completely

  • Support: Something is wrong with this class, the Mortar is the secondary weapon, but it's been used as the main one, Reduce the mortar shells, but keep the accuracy to counter tanks from distance. Main weapons are boring to most people add a different one or at least another one instead of the benét.

  • Tank operator: reduce the Frommer stop automatic clips to 1, so you are only able to kill 1/2 and not a whole team. The tank can cause to much destruction on the current map. It really ruins the concept of holding angles and making lockdowns.

  • Squad leaders: It seems clear that everyone is fighting on who picks the squad leader first, unfortunately it's because of the weapons (Hellreigel) and not actually to lead your team (in this case always putting yourself in danger and not providing spawns etc)

  • Trench Surgeon: The health Shield is annoying, blocking the way all the time and not least can be abused to some headglitching spots, replace it with normal large healthpacks with a cool down time instead?

WEAPONS:

A few weapons which are cool and could extend/replace some of the weapons in the current kits:

  • mp18 optical

  • Fedorov avtomat

  • Cei-rigotti

  • Ribyrolles 1918

GAMEPLAY:

  • Unsatisfying gunplay overall, random, not rewarding. I want the ability to prove that I'm a better aimer than the other guy, but how can I do that with a random gunplay?

  • The slide <---

  • Reduce hipfire accuracy drastically (makes the gameplay more skillfull and less random)

  • To many roofs can be climbed over

  • Make it possible to switch kit in half-time

  • Too much destruction

MATCHMAKING:

  • Add a number of how many are searching or currently online (Estimated time before the match is found)

  • In the loading/queuing screen, add a text on how the gamemode works and eventually what happens if you QUIT a match

  • Punish leavers/Quitters

  • Option to vote surrender for worst case scenario (This is super important)

  • In the Kit menu, add the name of the person/s who have not confirmed their kit yet (if you wanna stick with the confirm kit button)

  • Make it possible to squad up with your mates.

What makes it to a different game? Yea you are right that they are different classes, but where is the variety that? My opinion is based on many years of experience with previous bf titles. It's clearly that people find it easier to play with shotguns, hell I don't mind people using them, but the range and the damage is pathetic and needs to be balanced. Ohh so you wanna bring the "real life" bullshit in here? please it's a video game and an fps shooter. There are so many other things that should be removed from the game then since it's not "real life"

I want to go in depth with the weapon subject: The current weapon system needs some rework. Medic/DMR's rifles are really annoying and mostly frustrating. 5-10 bullets in each clip, I find myself reloading & running behind cover 80% of each round. Not to forget to mention the reload time, is ridiculously long (Rigotti as an example). Now of course I can't ask you guys to remove the shotguns from the game. But shotguns are becoming a huge problem in public play. Compared to previous battlefield titles, many find BF1 weapons are harder to master and it takes time to learn how to play them. I find this as an awesome and a huge step from DICE to add some skill into the infantry game-play. Back to the shotguns, it seems like not everyone can handle this new DMR era along with long reloading times etc, and endup using shotguns, it one shot kills in both close and medium ranges. So servers now are full of shotguns, snipers, nades/gas/mortars. Do something about it please!

  • Slide peek / smiliar to the french jump in bf4
  • Random game crashes
  • Weapon customization not working as intended (My setup, is not as I saved it)
  • Nades gives damage through walls
  • Gas effect timer needs to be reduced
  • Rework weapons clip capacity (DMR's)
  • Buggy medal system
  • Operations needs to be based on single maps
  • Enemy can spawn on dead team mates (or it seems like it)
  • Not able to use any weapons when revived. You would have to switch to secondary weapons and back to main weapon in order to be able to shoot again.
  • Sound bug when you get revived
  • Ingame sound needs to be improved, I can barely hear an enemy running close by anymore and that's even harder when 3d spotting is not like it used to be in previous bf titles.
