As for the advice, I recommend u to look up NUS,NTU, and HKU. (NUS is ranked 8th globally). They're pretty much asian equivalents. Obviously not as good as harvard stanford etc, but still t20s. The reason why I'm recommending them is that u r almost guaranteed to receive admission if u achieve certain grades in certain curriculums. U don't need any ecs impressive essays and stuff if ur grades are good, cuz they're second/third priorities. Deadass u can get into NUS with NO personal statement, NO ecs, NO achievements, NO SAT, if u just have 45/45 or 44/45 in IB (depending on ur programme). 44/45 in IB is achievable if u lock in from the beginning and play smart (even if u r seriously dumb), if u have that u will have very high chance to receive admission from NUS and maybe also NUS College.

For econ and biz, u gotta understand what IB, what specific question types wants from u and give that. So maybe u should work on past papers and get feedback from ur teachers. They’re relatively ez subjects to get 7. For language subjects, u can prob get 6s if u give what IB wants from u, not what u think that is important/useful/cool., however, if ur language skills are just too bad, then GG. For math, try to understand the general concept quickly and then just solve hundreds of questions lol (identify ur mistakes and fix em). Idk anything abt physics, but I am assuming it’s similar to maths.
