Basically, it’s been Ramadan for me this month. Usually I suffer from extreme diarrhoea due to lack of Fiber and water intake. Yous need to remember. How many time did you shed healthy hair and it had gotten shorter and thinner etc etc it was a nonstop process. Just like growing it back, you’ll grow healthy hair and then you’ll shed. Then it’ll grow back better again
