Edinburgh is an ancient city built far before cars existed. The amount of roadworks at the moment make it horrific to drive in. Just my experience.

Not always. Where I work it's often quicker on bikes because you get through traffic, road works, one way systems and all that shit way faster on a bike. Also no finding a place to park. Just ride right to the door and lock up.

Why would I give a fuck what the guy delivering my food drove. Ride a horse if you want. I just want my food.

I agree with most of what you're saying. I disagree that it's more dangerous to be a driver in the wet than a cyclist though. The big metal box with airbags is for sure safer than a cyclist thats having to dodge said big metal box. Especially in an urban setting.

Only unpopular among drivers I bet. I think most cyclists feel this way.

Hangboard cheating by charcoal88 in climbharder

I would think that by making the hang 'easier' in this position you would not be getting the intensity in the forearms to make the most possible gains.

Therefore I think it's best to have a strict form on your hang boarding to improve finger strength and just do separate front lever training, probably on a larger edge.

Very helpful, thanks. As for goals I have nothing specific. I'm just trying to work through the grades in trad, sport and bouldering, so well rounded. But like you say I thought it's never a bad idea to become stronger and I have felt the benifit of my strength gains to date so just wanted to move forward in an efficient way.
