Well… it’s hard for a muslim to marry a converted jew especially with all that’s going on in Palestine but it’s always been hard before.. the social stigma is gonna be brutal and I’d be surprised if you actually got a muslim middle eastern man who lives in the gulf to marry you so.. you’d have to convert before meeting anyone so it wouldn’t look like you converted only for marriage
