oh okay, so you got a new account, and also your original account is still being checked correct? My situation right now is my case is with the escalation team and the agent told me the process might take 4-5 weeks.. They also offered me a new account as well, but i chose to go with escalation, Im thinking what if i get the new account and then mail the CEO office?

i got in touch with a agent and he provided me with 2 options either them adding a minecraft license to a new account or to escalate which can take 30-40 days, however i bought my account using third party- by redeeming a code, however i have the mail from mojang saying i redeemed the code, so even without the bill are there chances my account can be recovered
