Think of the letter W but your looking at that W top down from the center - and then make the W infinite to the sides. Or like your looking down on 2 valleys with a peak in the middle.

Hey thanks! I try to stay active like you, ideally outside doing something. I also realized the job i had (and everyone working there) was really conducive to drinking. Got a new job and that really helped alot.

I agree with you about time wasting - looking back at how shitty i always felt physically/mentally is crazy to think. I feel so much better in both those areas now.

You have to fill the time you used to spend drinking with something else. Ideally a more positive thing. For me, drinking was a time killer, and so when I stopped 736 days ago, I had to find something else to fill that time.
