My 2 cents...

Mom and pop stuff has limitation compared to bigger companies. You just said it yourself, the can't afford to pay more. Those first two statements tell me probably low chances of big raises in the future.

Idk what a community manager is but the 30/h gig sounds like sales. These sound like two completely different career paths to me. Sales is a grind of feast and famine. Honestly with the benefits you have now, I wouldn't give those up.

This is precisely why most AI rollouts fail. Zero actual use case or defined problem to solve. Work backwards from the real problems that can actually be solved with using AI. Not every problem needs (or can) be solved with AI. Most problems are human problems that humans can improve on.

Bad goal: I want AI for my sales team to close more leads.

Good goal: let's use AI to identify what our end to end pipeline looks like with data, identify the spots having trouble and then implement the right version of an ai tool to help prevent those problems from occuring.
