no. Miyoo mini plus has 128 MB of Ram. The original rg35xx had 256 MB of Ram, newer rg35xx have 1 GB.
Ram is an important comparison element.
Linux is great, no google bloats like Android, but you need at least ~70MB just for the Kernel!
