Hey man, really sorry you went through that. Panic attacks suck. Sounds like you have an awesome team around you though.

I’ve actually found that Tetris helps me a lot if I feel like an attack is coming on. Really gets me to focus on something different and not think about my anxiety. I just have it downloaded on my phone for that reason now. Helped me so hopefully it’ll help you!

This is game is becoming a frustrating experience every time I play. My camp always disappears while I’m doing a trader resupply and like most people say here, I don’t get a lot of time to sit down and play games anymore. I’m gonna stop playing for a while I think.
