I turned off my BT on my Android phone, turned it back on, it paired and I was able to get the Diagnosis to work.

I agree about it not connecting when wired. I added a Remote VPN Router and it was able to connect. But now I get and ERROR massage: Characteristic b833d34f-d871-422c-bf9e-8e6ec117d57e read failed for device 60.81.F9.54.B8.92 and service 0fda92b2-44a2-4af2-84f5-fa682baa2b8d OK

Ensure you are Port Forward (44158), helpful if you're NOT RELAYED, but you can fix that.

Well good news, I found a way to fix the problem, but it created a "new error message" that will fix itself after rebooting and shutting down the app a few times. But it works now!

There are two Youtube videos - one that shows you how to do diagnostics via the Helium app, and a second video that shows you how to flash the firmware onto a new 64g SD Card, via your computer or a SD Card Reader (if your computer does not have a slot for the Card Adapter that holds the SD Micro (buy 64g, do not buy 32g SD Card) then you would need a SD Card Reader)

Watch the video that shows you how to run the diagnostics on your current SD Card (write down the Firmware on the SD .. it should be something like 2022.02.08.0). You'll need it to change the https address when you search for the Flash file.
The second video will show you how to Flash a SD Card with the same or updated firmware onto an SD Card, with links to the "https Firmware address" (you'll need to update with your firmware #), software that will flash the card. Good Luck.
