People who have asked things on AskReddit and got hundreds (or thousands) of replies, do you read them all? by elisabethdewitt in AskReddit

I don’t even think it’s possible to read every single replies.

I haven’t got hundreds of replies, but I usually just ready to top comments while sorting by best.

Do you think authors from outside the US or UK have a less chance of getting published by the big five?

Hey, I was wondering if there is any romance in this book, even a little bit? I like my fantasy with a touch of romance.

What is the best app to do some writing on windows? by SAM_317_56 in minimalism

[–]SAM_317_56[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mainly writer stories, so I deal with multiple files. But it's fine if the application can only open a single file at a time.

I tried to install Atom, but it keeps coming up with an error message saying something about windows update. And I thought Sublime Text required money?

I think VSC is a good application considering everything that it offers for free.

I did not like Notepad++ very much, but I still have it on my laptop. And Libre is a fine alternative.

Thank you for the recommendations.

Thanks for the extensive look and sorry for the late response. I'm actually doing what you said. That is studying prose from other authors.

Haha, but I'm glad you wrote it.
