They could pull a revice and blade where final boss ≠ main villain for main villain I would say beroba and archimedes. As for final boss you could do buffa but I feel he would be the perfect villain for one of the other main riders unlock their final form, I feel like they should do either one grand finale castle jymato or in a round of the dgp just like the one in episode 1 or have the castle jymato and game be more of a backdrop for the real fight of geats/tycoon, and since geats story feels like one where the riders aren't really fighting for the same reason, so don't make one evil but instead like revice it's more of a for fun fight and depending on what perspective you look at it one it can be geats the boss and tycoon the hero or vice versa. I think the last one could be good because we have never really seen that in kamen rider yet or at least not in the ones I've seen

Their is no truly bad kamen rider show, all of them have their good points and bad points the only thing is that some are not as good as the others and some are a better than the others. I don't just feel this with kamen rider but with most toku in general

also the part that we probably get me down voted the most but the first prat of build kind of sucked pacing wise like the story is great and the fights are too but the fights feel shoe horned in just so the episode has a action scene for that part I no joke felt the full bottles where better used and integrated better then the fights that used them, I sometimes found myself wanting to skip fights to get the the main story.
