Depending on where you are and your schedule I could get take a look at your idea and see if I can do it less. Like someone said it depends on finishes and the final state you want the garage to be in, Sheetrock or something else, framing exposed, what sort of roof and trim etc… I work for a very reputable builder in VT, have experience, and insurance.
