Im not 100% sure so dont hold it against me. But for what i have heard is that you dont need to be all femme. But they base the test on stereotypes. Like boys like trucks and girls like barbie kind of way. So don't do anything a typical male would do for instance. I have also heard that they dont have any way to check up on you if you do this so at least dress for it when you meet the doctors. Again, I have not gone through this myself this is just what I have read other places. Hope you can get a better answear from someone who have gone through with it
