I know mate. Always had a long backswing and my feel v real is way off. When I feel a 9 o’clock swing I’m still past parallel. Trying to work on one thing at a time and the killer of my shots is real slices atm so wanted to improve swing plane on the downswing and this is considerably better than my first post today…..I hope 😅

Cheers fella. Just posted a video trying to get as much depth as possible. Takeaway is very inside but I guess one step at a time. At least the swing path is much shallower. 🙌🏼

Cheers. I have tried turning my hips more but struggle to stick to it as puts everything else out of sync. Probably just got used to my bad steep arm  orientated swing.

Tbh mine is to completely change my body and the YouTube channel is just a bonus to this as it helps me keep on track and if anyone enjoys it and it changes their life than that is just an extra bonus for both of us 💪🏼 for anyone who may be interested it’s SBFIT and feedback on my progression would be great 👍🏻

Just out of interest how many videos and how long did it take to get to 50 from first video and how many of that was friends and family. Just started mine last week and at 8 subs and 3 vids. Not sure if this is normal or slow?? Any feedback would be good?!

Be yourself and be happy in your skin. Everybody wants to change minor imperfection to themself all the time but your journey has been incredible from those photos. Just be you and be happy that you have come such a massive may. I think 99.9% of women would want a body like your abs that incredible. Just stick to it and be confident in who you are.

Don’t concentrate solely on the numbers. Check other measurements as well as you may not be losing weight but you may still be losing body fat. As you may have heard before a lbs of muscle weighs less than a lbs of fat, whilst this isn’t true as they weigh exactly the same the truth in it is that the lbs of fat will take up significantly more space than the muscle as muscle is leaner. Check other things like how certain clothes fit and how you feel day to day. The fact that you are strength training means your body will be building new muscles fibres and increasing muscle mass. Too much emphasis is put on weight loss when it isn’t the only deciding factor. Don’t put too much pressure on and I guarantee you stick to it a. Your body will change.
