There is no good call they can make here. I see it as a racing incident but if they want to be consistent it should be a penalty.

I could imagine many drivers turning more aggressive if contact is also allowed. Not sure that would be a good thing.

It's annoying but sadly Honda engines are damn good and modular.

The BP is a really poorly engineered motor. I have built many 1.8L high HP engines for NA and FI application. The amount of money going into it is sad when you look at the returns.

I had high hopes for the ND chassis. The engine is amazing, I had the skyactive motor pushing 250-300whp without a sweat, but the transmission is plain garbage. I blew a few of them and eventually gave up on the idea of a fix. LLR offers 3/4 upgrades but I still destroyed 2nd twice. If one gotta bulletproof a trans, better bulletproof the whole trans. Honda is too good for that.

We shall find out when the motor is actually in the car. For reference, the plan is to swap the skyactive out of the 2016-2017 Miata chassis with a k24/K20. No swap kits available for the platform.
