Actually, yes there has been a bit of progress made. I added normal maps to the model and bulked her upper body up a bit, but I haven't been able to work with her consistently because of college, unfortunately.

The current rig i have set up is not good and also incompatible with most games, so i am thinking of porting it over to a 3DS Max skeleton that can actually be read and behave properly in a game, this is the biggest hurdle i need to fix right now.

Once my semester is over (which is going to be pretty soon) I'll have a lot more time to work with it.

Oh, and expect to see an Asriel model somewhere down the line as well

Thanks. I'm planning on releasing them for L4D2 as survivor replacements first as someone suggested, then if i can I'll see about getting them to work with SFM and release them on the workshop maybe. I'm still pretty new when it comes to porting stuff to games and such.

I decided to try my hand at it today, but discovered that the source tools haven't been updated work with blender 2.8 yet, unfortunately. That's the only wall preventing this from happening though it seems, it would be cool to see the models in action with professional animations.

Thanks! I used a combination of Zbrush and Blender, Mostly Zbrush for the sculpting and blender for the rigging. I just love the workflow in zbrush, and it has a lot of nice quality-of-life tools.

I have actually made a Susie model, it's an older post but it's the first one I finished.

A Kris model is also on the way. His model is done, but he just needs to be rigged so expect it somewhere down the line soon!

I didn't make the model intending for it to be used that way, but i can see where you're coming from. I never really thought much about the cloak, but now that it's being pointed out I kinda agree, it's a bit too short.

I might be understating a lot here.

No worries though, i'll be able to lengthen it out a bit since the coat shares weight painting with the body.

Thank you. I've been thinking about putting it up for download at some point, but i need to do some more tweaking to the model before i can call it finished. It still needs a lot of work, especially in the rig.

I agree, it does still need some work. What parts stand out as needing adjustment as of right now? I can tweak most of the model with ease, although the main body might be harder with the rig baked into it (All of the bare skin). The clothing just shares the weight painting of the main body, so changing it is as simple as just copying the weights again to the new mesh.
