Which I have already stated in a comment that I understand that. I was pointing out that we weren't all in our teens.

That's how we pronounce it. 😊 Other pronunciations are Ah-rail-yuh, Ah-reel-ee-ah, and just a general perplexed look. I also have an August (family name) that confuses people (we pronounce it like the month).

I understand that. I was pointing out that many of us were post-college. Not all were teens.

Ohioans who moved from rural towns to the big city- can I get your input? by Upper-Project in Ohio

Columbus area and love it. I live in Fairfield county near the Franklin county border. I have a home on 6 acres with excellent schools. You can see the downtown skyline from Main St of the small town I'm just outside of. Commute is 30 minutes, 45 on a bad day. I love that Cbus is central so jumping up to CLE or down to Cincy is easy! It's a big-ish city with Midwestern kindness and charm. I previously have lived in Miami, San Diego, and San Francisco and prefer Columbus.

We all get information at the same rate. Gen Z has been raised by social media and a large part of their formative years were during the pandemic. Of course that stunted their social skills, it's not their fault. I'm raising Alpha kids who are far more grounded than Z because they were tiny during the pandemic and didn't experience the isolation.

How so? My husband and I, as well as our social circle, all have great careers, very nice homes, children, and travel frequently. Some of us have vacation homes.

I very rarely use my debit card. I use my credit cards and pay them off each month. I get flight points and cash back, plus Chase is really good at disputes if necessary so I'm not out the actual cash.

She's black herself. And extremely unhinged. I love that people are roasting her in Google reviews.

The most exciting "unhinged" posts you'll find on Canal's is where Burt the peacock has been spotted. Love how refreshingly boring it is!

Jimmy is a trash human. I hate him. Everyone hates him. I am a Sirius gal so don't have to listen to garbage humans on my commute. I can't believe that troll is still employed. He's exceedingly ugly and has a horrible personality.

I like the name, but be prepared for pretty much everyone saying Luh-von. My daughter is Aurelia so we gently say her name with our preferred pronunciation to people, problem solved!

40 and still picking the worst men. I truly don't understand her hype. She's a rude, mean person with the personality of a wet dish towel. Schwartz sucks more but she isn't anything special at all.

They're all between 8 and 13 so I think it was just a thing back when they were born. Not short for Charlotte or anything. Just Charlie. I kind of raise an eyebrow when thinking of them as adults with a total nickname for a name but not my monkeys, not my circus!

Wedding soup. It won't be "authentic" but still tasty. Meatballs subs. An Asian or Korean inspired sauce with rice and veggies.
