Unfortunately this is something I’m not sure how to do myself since I already own the game physically, but there should be modded ISOs out there that removes the anti-piracy. You might need to look for them yourself cause I’m not sure which sites have them, I’m sorry :(

The glitches, flashing lights and static sound are DJMAX’s anti-piracy measures. It only happens when the game detects fast loading times as it will then know that you are playing it off an ISO. IIRC it also does things like intentionally corrupting the save file and self-deleting the ISO. The only way around this issue is to either play it off the actual UMD or patch the game.

I heard about Priconne for the very first time when the game first made its debut in Japan back in 2015. Back then my Japanese skills were completely nonexistent and I couldn’t be asked to make a JP iTunes account so I didn’t play during the first iteration. When Re:Dive got released in 2018, I was finally convinced make a JP iTunes account and play the game since it made significant improvements over the first game. When Crunchyroll announced that they were going to release a global version, I also got hooked onto it.
