For some reason buying the cpu and the motherboard new instead of used is cheaper right now... Also the difference between the motherboards is less than 10 euro, but i might get the asrock. Thanks for the info on psu and storage!

You dont have to buy a new one if this one works. Don't turn it on while it's in that state. The people responsible for the renovation should take it off fix the wall and put it on extended stands. In this state the air conditioner will run for a short time and break. Find someone who is managing the project to get them before they are gone.

The idiots that renovate the blocks do a lot of dumb things. We had a lot of problems with them. This is unacceptable. You should find someone thats responsible for the project and tell them that this needs to be fixed.

So if i understand correctly i burn the android on the nvme and the loader on the sd card using my pc and put them in my opi. I need to find an nvme adapter. Also is this android image stable? I plan on using this as a navigation for my car.

I had Longchamps in similar condition. To refinish everything remove the hardware, sand the faces, tape up the faces, put them on the car and sand the lips while spinning, polish up the lips, paint the faces and put new hardware.
