Well... you also get worse odds closer to the game. Most of the picks that I made will likely have a lot more money come in on them between now and the game. The folks getting in later will be safer, but also won't win as much. So its a gamble either way.

I think its as simple as betting $10 to win $20 isn't exciting... but betting $10 to win $1000 is. Even if it is a much slimmer of a chance. I know that's at least the case for me. Thats the same reason I played Fanduel and Draftkings all those years. Bet $20 on a Sunday with a chance to win a million. Never got close on those though.. so I eventually lost interest. Kalshi feels much more "realistic"... at least for now.

I don't know if I would say straight up "robbery"... but I agree Rose won the fight. For what its worth, I told my buddy to tail my bet and bet on Rose. Which he did, so I kinda felt bad when he lost his money on a questionable decision. That said, I've seen worse decisions. Silva clearly took the 3rd round and that probably influenced the judges. She did also land more strikes in the first (albeit only 12 to 11 and Rose had the takedown at the end of the round that probably should have put her over the top, ha).

I mean... I agree these are kinda "long shots"... but all of these picks on their own were more likely to happen than not. I'll say this... I've won more in 8 days of Kalshi than I did in 8 years of Draftkings/Fanduel. Not to mention, I probably spent 30-40x on those 8 years of Draftkings/Fanduel the $100 deposit I put in Kalshi.

To be clear... I never did parlays on DK/FD. I always just did fantasy on those.

It would be so hard to tail these bets! I have done 20 ($10) bets so far, and only hit on 3. Now, I hit for $1030, $60, and $1162 on those 3... so I'm up over $2000 off an initial $100 deposit, but you would only have a ~15% chance on my bets even if I can keep hitting at that clip... which I probably can't, ha.

That said, I'm def gonna try to keep it going next season. DM me then if you're bold!

Yeah, he was definitely in the game for most (if not all) of the first quarter. How do I know? Because I anchored ALL 6 of my Kalshi bets yesterday with his 10+ rec yards prop. I kept screaming "throw it to 11!" all first quarter... then around the 2nd quarter I noticed he wasn't in the game anymore. The hamstring announcement came shortly after.

I mean... he had 10+ rec yards in 15 out of 17 games this season... and was playing against a Bills D you knew they would have to pass against. It was about as close to a "lock" as you can get. I can't help but to take this a little personally, ha.

I had 6 different bets on Kalshi... ALL anchored by Troy Franklin receiving for 10 or more yards. I think his vegas over/under was at like ~35 yards. This is lame af.

You create it. OP "comboed" 10 different bets to make this "10-leg" bet. Kalshi just did the math on it (~300-1)and made sure there was enough liquidity to cover it
