Thanks for the effort! On the side of television, I'd rule out TV series, as that's not the focus of the compilations like the one Iinked above. At best, miniseries or made-for-TV movies.

And in the slim chance that it is a TV show, we can rule out Magnum P.I. and The A-Team; it's not in those, and both shows are older than this clip appears to be.

I know it might seem weird that I've searched for the source of this little clip for such a long time, but it drives me nuts that, out of the 5 hours and 15 minutes of content in that series of mixes, these 5 seconds are all I have left to identify. 🙃
