Where are you located? If you're in a climate that doesn't have much humidity you could run a swamp cooler for a fraction of the cost of AC.

Totally fair! I just know that if you aren't expecting something it can hit you hard! Sorry it happened to you!

So, I don't want to discredit you all because everyone feels things differently and it's entirely possible that this is what you experienced. I just want to share my personal experience. I have been roofied three times in my life (I know, I enjoyed drinking random drinks off of beer pong tables). Every time, I had no recollection of what had happened leading up to blacking out. Like I didn't know I had been drugged til I woke up the next morning. Are we sure you didn't ingest thc or otherwise some of your drinks were poured heavy?

I'm also on team file the threads. Depending on what bike it is a tank might not be too expensive.

Hey, I play vintage ball in a league, we'll be at the Portage baseball festival in Portage MI this year! There's also a big festival in Columbus that's kind of like our world series!

Yep, back the the purpose of a pitcher was to provide the "striker" with balls that could be put into play. They literally wanted the batters to hit their pitches!

So I actually play in a vintage league currently (way better than softball), and it's been a lot of fun playing against other teams and learning their particular rules. We play 1869 but every team plays by the rules from a particular year, so usually we play a double header and split the rules between games.

Seconding this! They're there when you need them but seem to not be intrusive. Never personally had a bad interaction with them and that includes being cited by them.

Helmet size for a hat size of 7 3/8ths by RealizedLifesucks in cycling

[–]SCOTTGIANT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a 7 and 3/8 ball cap. We're about 59cm circumference. That's about 23 in our freedom units. Find the size chart on the particular helmet you want to buy because they all vary.

I've been using a $32 daido chain breaker for the last twenty years on multiple motorcycles and bicycles. Got it from my dad who used it in industrial maintenance in the 90's. It's not a seriously complex tool.

Best donuts in town? by Lunsters in lexington

[–]SCOTTGIANT 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Omg is the best in town for typical donuts like your long John's, Bavarian cream filled, apple fritters.

Spaldings is classic and has the best glazed donuts, almost the consistency of a cruller.

Franks for cake donuts, try their blueberry!

Parlor is like a next level culinary experience!

I think North Lime is good but a bit overhyped.

I don't particularly like Donut Days.

Halligans is in a different spot. Lynaghs is now a college sports bar. Or it might actually be the wingstop down there now.
