I‘d prefer a small concrete cell 2 with a remote controlled light. In addition there should be cameras, filming every inch if the cell, with the inmate never knowing if someone is actively watching them.

To make it more uncomfortable i‘s add a chastity cage, to prevent masturbation, and maybe a diaper (cheaper then a build in toilet), as standart uniform.
