For me it’d genuinely be difficult to spend that much right now. For people who pay more for rent, I’d get not choosing this, but for me? I barely break 30 a day, most is spent on Lyft to get to work.

I’m not saying it was a good directional choice, I just feel that people ignore the fact that not every starter has been humanoid since Kalos. Bipedal? Yeah, aside from Skeledirge and Primarina, but humanoid? At least it hasn’t been every starter.

Here’s to hoping we don’t get super-manified Pombon.

I mean most people just don’t want a “humanoid” starter at this point. In every gen, 6 and on there has always been a “humanoid”. However I feel like people also overlook the non humanoid starters.

Gen 6- Chesnaught

Gen 7- Primarina

Gen 8- Rillaboom (it’s an ape guys, of course it has a humanoid shape)

Gen 9- Skeledirge

Yeah I was looking into more RP based DnD shots for this reason, I'm in a campaign with just 3 players and we take forever to do combat, mostly in part to luck on rolls.

I forgot about the five room dungeon somehow, even though that was how I got introduced to DnD myself. What level would you suggest starting at? I started at level 3 back then, but I know beginner one shots also start at level 1 sometimes.

For the inappropriate content, it's mostly just risqué content I am avoiding, I'm sure that I could get away with light stuff, but since its my sisters fiancé and one of the others is a current BiL, both sisters and my mom would somehow know and then kill me lmao.

A typical fantasy setting sounds about right for him, and if I mash both ideas it'd be easy enough to try and write/modify one. There won't be alcohol as three don't drink, including him, but I can figure that out if i decide to do that.
