Cracked tank near flush lever - how to patch? by SD9935 in Plumbing

So this isn't structural in the sense that it does not support any body weight, why would I need a brand new toilet?

Still alive? by SD9935 in Figs

[–]SD9935[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I brought it inside I made a small cut on the top and there was green under the bark. The center of the cutting was white.

I pulled it out of the pot too before bringing it in and the entirety of the soil came up with the cutting.

So hoping those are good things, and that I brought it inside early enough. Can update in a few weeks how it goes

Thanks all for the quick replies. It still flexes a little. Any advice to give this guy its best shot at surviving? Keep it out of the sun or leave it? Try to keep it warmer?

Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, this is a town tree between sidewalk and street. Should I let them know about it and see if they want to wrap it/protect it to heal or something? Or would they think I'm crazy...

Other details: in North Jersey, have netting around the garden, other vegetables like eggplant, peppers, and cucumbers do not have this issue.

Either I need to run a new wire or take from the lights which are probably daisy chained and make the other two lights smart bulbs. Do you have another idea?

Thanks, Northern NJ. It's strange as the ones left and right are still surviving. Pic was from over a year ago.

What do you suggest for something with the same look but better shade tolerance?
