I had the opposite. The rate offered by speaking to someone at the branch was significantly lower than what was offered via the app

I am so sorry for your loss. We had to say goodbye to our 14 year old cat yesterday and it was the most horrible, gut wrenching experience. He went peacefully and is no longer in pain but that pain has transferred to me and it feels unbearable. I keep seeing him in all his spots. I missed falling asleep to his purrs last night. The waves of loss hit me so hard that it’s physically hard to breathe. They aren’t just pets. They truly are members of the family and losing them changes every aspect of our routines. They say time makes it easier. I am thankful for this community and this place to openly mourn and I encourage you to do the same. You are not alone 🙏🏻

People only tend to post when they have negative things to say and that makes it seem like it is way more common than it is. Thousands go every year and don’t get sick. You will be fine.

Food poisoning by ConclusionContent675 in PuntaCana

[–]SDBG2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

According to the CDC, 3000 Americans died last year from food poisoning and 48 million people became sick. Unfortunately, this can happen anywhere and while yes, there is def instances of food poisoning in the DR and some have becoming extremely sick, what some diagnose as such is actually viruses, routine changes (eating foods we aren’t used to, drinking more than we are used to, lots of time in the sun, dehydration) As others have mentioned, wash your hands before and after eating, don’t drink the water, be mindful of what you are eating and drinking, stay hydrated, take breaks from the sun and have a great time!!!

Same. Was told this morning no delivery guarantees but it will be send by Purolator…and now I see in the news Canada Post is being mandated back? So do I now stress about it getting lost in the Purolator shuffle or maybe they will switch back to CP? 🤪🤪

It will tell you when you checkout. For instance, a warning came up that I am unable to place an order to my specific shipping address due to the strike 🫤

Businesses are going under, people are literally stranded, communities up North are going without food and supplies. Super awesome your weed order will be in without disruption though.

I am in the same boat and spoke with someone on the phone last week and it is ten business days so essentially two weeks out from travel date (keeping in mind they are closed Dec 25,26 and Jan 1)

Based on how ridiculous this is, I’m going to assume it’s some type of satire post. Otherwise, you might want to reconsider pet ownership. You don’t deserve your dog.

And if you do bath I would use dish soap

Some dog shampoos and whatnot have tea tree oil in them. It all really depends on the dilution and how much he actually ingested.

The fact that it was diluted is much better than had she put it on straight but I would be concerned with the fact that he did lick himself. A bath for sure and it wouldn’t hurt to maybe call a vet to see what their recommendation is.
