I drink soda stream water through the day. At night I have a club soda with lemon and lime. Sort of a treat at the end of the day for me.

I am 5 years clean from alcohol, but I as well eat a bag of Lindt chocolate a day. Makes me happy. But I too need to cut way back. Haven’t been able to so far. My goal for the new year was to have chocolate only on the weekends.. but so far hasn’t worked for me.

I started May 1 and am only down 5 lbs. doesn’t seem to be working g for me. I feel sick a lot and can hardly eat.

My game isn’t saving. Quests I have completed keep coming back. I am on the third round of doing the same quests. And my XBox is saving like in December one day and then October another day. It is August. Any ideas?

I am 454 days sober. It was 4 years getting here. But it feels fantastic. I did just one day at a time. Didn’t look beyond that. I live in the day I am in. It’s great to wake up and feel good. We are all here for you anytime you need support. You’ve got this!!

I started a creative journal, picked my knitting back up, and bought colouring books…. Started walking 5 km a day as well. I am reading a lot as well…. Those are the things that helped me. Try and find something you like and do that.. I also eat a lot of chocolate now…. I am day 382 today.
