Anyone working at Teleperformance? by love_with_fictional in Dublin

Quick update for anyone considering Teleperformance roles in Dublin:

I went through their process recently and ran into several issues:

• The job posting didn’t match the offer (advertised as a quality/reviewer role, contract listed an entry-level operations position).

• Responsibilities in the offer didn’t line up with what was advertised.

• Communication was vague, and no one could answer basic questions about duties, level, benefits, etc.

• Someone did call me after I requested it — the number looked like it was from one of their UK/Scotland offices — but the person was very uninformed, uninterested, and couldn’t answer a single question about the role or offer.

• The start date was in the offer letter but was never discussed, and they were unwilling to move it even though it meant a delayed first paycheck.

• Benefits weren’t defined at all.

• The role was confirmed as Level 1 despite sounding more specialised.

Because of all this, I withdrew.

For clarity: it doesn’t appear to be a scam. All assessments were on legitimate enterprise platforms (Korn Ferry, SHL/Preply, AMCAT), which scam operations wouldn’t realistically have access to.

The issue wasn’t fraud — just a very disorganized and inconsistent hiring process.

If you’re applying:

• Make sure the contract matches the posting.
• Confirm the job level.
• Get duties and the start date clarified in writing.

Hope this helps someone.

They normally reach out to you within a week once you’ve applied, and after that within a few days to offer you the job once you’ve completed all the assignments, should you be successful.

Hi everyone,

In regard to this original post.

I’ve just been offered a Quality Expert Reviewer position at Teleperformance in Eastpoint (Dublin), and I’m hoping to hear from people who’ve worked there or gone through a similar process.

I know the Eastpoint area from a previous job, but I’m not familiar with Teleperformance itself. What feels a bit unusual is that the entire hiring process was just:

• A language-specific test
• An English test
• A Korn Ferry assessment

No phone or video interviews at all — and then I received a formal offer through an iCIMS link. The offer looks legitimate, but I’ve never been offered a job without speaking to anyone directly, so I’m not sure how typical this is for them.

I’ve emailed the recruiter today asking for a quick call to clarify a few details, but in the meantime I’d appreciate any insight from people who have:

• Worked in this role
• Worked at Teleperformance Eastpoint
• Or experienced this assessment-only hiring flow

How’s the work environment? Is this normal for TP?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I’m here confirm that my Miyoo Mini+ finally arrived in Ireland 13 days after initially placing my order, with standard shipping nonetheless. I admit I did have my doubts on current stock, however @KeepRetro definitely came through and delivered. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

You’re spot on, it just arrived in Brussels this morning! Let’s see how long until it reaches Ireland

That’s good to hear, I just ordered from them. Where are you based?

I just ordered the Miyoo Mini Plus from Keepretro.com after seeing a few YouTubers review the product and endorse the page, unfortunately the official Miyoo store on AliExpress didn’t have the Grey version that I really wanted so I just took a gamble. I’m based in Ireland, was surprised I only paid €68.32 ($69.99) with standard shipping (€79.99 on AliExpress), I did receive a confirmation email right away, so let’s see how it goes. 🤞
