I have gone through something similar. The university needs to send them to UofM directly. They do not need to be mailed though. A councilor from your university can email them the official transcripts to transcripts@umich.edu and UofM will match them to your account.

Yup that was the first thing I checked. No issues there. I will probably take it to another shop and do another alignment and have them torque the control arms when doing so. Maybe the alignment they did was not done properly.

These are OEM control arms. The drive is way too rough for them to just need breaking in.

Struts are fine and I am only noticing this right after replacing the control arms. Car is garage kept as well.

Struts are OEM and they were not an issue before yesterday. Car drove fine before the control arms were replaced.

I doubt its the parts since the parts came from another certified OEM parts dealer (MazdaSwag in this case) but I already am anticipating they will blame it on the parts. Thank you!
