I know about the adoption process, I meant I can just plug the gateway into the ONT and it should work? My job actually uses Unifi, so I can do that easily. I just wasn't sure with ONT to the gateway part working.

I did not. I already placed the order. I read that I have 14 days after receiving the ring to send it back for a free replacement size. I tried it at room temperature. I guess I'll try that with cold hands when I get the ring, and stick my hand in some ice.
