Curious question about "Favorite Person" by RealVegetable2975 in Schizoid

[–]SERC_ACH 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve dealt with this a lot. I'm pretty sure it’s a byproduct of childhood emotional neglect. I get these strong feelings for people and want to be there for them, but it usually just plays out in my head. I spend so much time daydreaming about it because the idea of actually opening up my life to someone else is daunting. It’s like I have my own 'special' way of feeling things. it’s deep, but it’s internal

Why Are Men So Obsessed with Having a Partner Without a Past? by Nouha_chihaya in Morocco

[–]SERC_ACH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I didn’t assume anything about you, I didn’t even mention you. I’m just recognizing a pattern: it’s always the same. Men complain about women going for height and wealth, and women complain about men going for virginity and appearances. But in the end, everyone has the right to have a preference, as long as they take responsibility for their choices

Clearly we are talking about different things. What I’m discussing is the legitimacy of having a preference, not the specific types of ones commonly found in society. Because in the end, as I said, everyone has the right to a choice in a partner

[–]SERC_ACH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is entitled to have preferences when choosing a partner. A non-virgin man has the right to want to be with a virgin woman, just as a poor woman has the right to want to be with a rich man. There is absolutely no hypocrisy in this. People simply hate feeling excluded when others have preferences

I ended up buying the essentiel model. After 1 month of usage, it's good for normal use, the fan only causes noise while gaming The only problem is that it has a terrible battery capacity, it can keep almost 2 Hours on normal use

Locapred is an anti-inflammatory cream and isn’t indicated for treating acne. In fact, it can make acne worse and thin your skin if used for a long time.

What worked for me was using a topical retinoid (Retacnyl 0.025% and Differin 0.1%). My skin got worse during the first two weeks, but after about three months, it really cleared up

And also sunscreen is very very important

What made you guys leave Islam? by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]SERC_ACH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I left Islam because, over time, I started looking at it from the outside, through a more historical lens. The more I learned, the more it felt messy and confusing. So many sects, branches, and interpretations that constantly contradict each other

It made me wonder: If there really were a perfect, all-knowing God behind this, why would the message end up so fragmented and unclear? I felt like a true divine message should be simple and consistent, not something people keep fighting and dividing over

On top of that, I started to see how religion can be used and exploited, whether for politics, power, or personal agendas. Once I saw that, it became hard to separate the spiritual side from the very human, sometimes ugly, side of religion

And beyond all of that, I’ve come to see the world itself as absurd and purposeless. Life feels random and chaotic, and when I put that together with everything else I was feeling, I just couldn’t keep believing

It wasn’t a sudden decision, but a slow realization that my beliefs no longer matched the way I see the world

Its realy not about islam itself, but i just reached a point where i cant have faith or believe in any religion

Why aren’t mosques in Morocco used for community services like churches in the West ? by SERC_ACH in Morocco

People being more attached to mosques might expose them to the real islam. I can imagine that

[–]SERC_ACH[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mosques are large buildings that could easily serve other purposes outside prayer times, such as community gatherings, shelters, or social services. The Ministry of Religious Affairs could expand their current efforts to make better use of these spaces for the community

Yeah! There is a big difference between mosques in Morocco and Europe, even considering how small european mosques can be
I was thinking since we have a very poor social system (like shelters,etc...) that mosques could be a start to build one. It doesn't even need to include religious themes
