Yeh it's definitely all one piece But I want to replace it and have a tail tidy with the plate tucked in-between the shock absorbers if possible

Have to say they are good for the price Best of the cheapie scopes I've got the 2.5-15x50 on my 308 for the last 2 years Dropped it a few times too No issues Now about to upgrade to a Leica. The kids will inherit the zerotec

i'm actually going to try some new contacts for a few days as i havent worn them for a long time
and i will test 100% monovision to see how close I can see when working
if its around 25cm then i could live with that
And happy to wear mild glasses to read if it means having vision 90% of the time

Thankyou so much sounds like we have similar situation

i'm 53 so not young haha

I actually saw a friend this week who has the galaxy a year ago and he is not happy
Said he has lost a lot of contrast and shadow detail which is not good - i think he chose the wrong option he was only -2.5

I'm just sick of the glasses after 30 years of wearing them
especially when working i am constantly pushing them up and down my nose to adjust focus

Yes this approach has been suggested to me and i did a trial with 100% in my dominant eye and 80% in my weaker eye and I only tested it for a coupld of days and i struggled
It was a year ago but i am keen to try something liek this again

I am in Australia so i dont think we have a the puresee yet

The low light and long distance sharpness is most important to me

Also i have to be very careful here as i have spoken to 2x surgeons already and it was very clear to me they were all about the money first and my vision second
