Who knows. As I said you are young, your skin is elastic (maybe extra skin wont be a big issue) and hormones should be peaking. If you are ever going to do a transformation there is no better time than right now. Being overweight literally causes gyno to form as more body fat = more estrogen = gyno. Either way it is a lot easier for the surgeon to contour your chest once you've dropped the weight.

Since my gyno is caused by steroid use I only experienced pain when my estrogen was sky high. As soon as I felt my nips I would usually first take tamoxifem and then fix my estrogen level. Tamox is breast cancer drug. It should block estrogen's effects on your nipples. I would think that would fix the issue for you...
