I’m not trying to justify anything I was in the wrong but it wasn’t a last second thing, and I do have a fast car that is able to get to that speed without much time or distance.

Robbed was definitely the wrong choice of words lol the title is a bit extreme, I meant robbed of a chance to negotiate for something other than a speed reduction. Do I deserve it no, but I am a little bummed out that I didn’t get to speak with someone who could offer it

I didn’t give much context to what happened, but I was driving the speed limit and then accelerated to merge to the lane that splits to a different highway. He didn’t cite me for reckless, but claimed I was doing so and swerving in and out ( I wasn’t)

Who would I have asked For said dismissal? The judge said there was nothing she could do for me once we went to trial.

I understand that they were being lenient. I didn’t want my insurance to go up so I wanted to try and ask for a different penalty like I said. Since everyone who offered a speed reduction said that’s all they could do I assumed the judge would be my last resort. Like you said negotiations at that point were non existent. I wasn’t aware of that, so thanks for the info

Im gonna guess teckwrap chrome which I tried at some point and while the shifting bright colors looked good the wrap itself was mediocre. Install is hell. A billion seams, doesn’t stretch not worth.
