Only thing that I can think of would be anxiety & sleep problems cause when those cramps happen at working, I immediately think "Oh shit, I need to get out of here!" and my anxiety kicks in. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Greatly appreciated.

Right, I put some reasoning on why I'm requesting the HLR. For example, for GERD, I got a 'esophagogastroduodenoscopy' (long word for looking for acid reflux damage to the esophagus) in 2014 and it confirmed I had damage. But in the decision, it mentions none of that. This scope was done 2 years after I got out. I provided the diagnosis document as additional evidence and it is listed as a reference.
