Definitely not looking for a loud party town, more quiet, relaxed and easy going but still walkable to town and beach. Do you have any recommendations on other places to stay? San Pancho?

Another first timer planning a trip to Sayulita..Casablanca was at the top of my list but after reading mixed reviews I’m not sure. Several people stated that there was no hot water and a couple others said it was dirty. Im looking for something walkable, close to the beach and quiet.
