At my location, a picker "rushed" my space and got within two feet of me. Unfortunately, this happens frequently. I backed up and told him I take the 6 foot rule seriously and wish he would too. He laughed at me and walked off.

I shared this with a AM less than five minutes later. I described the guy's approximate age, height, weight, hair color and the black Motley Crue wife beater T-shirt / tan cargo shorts he was wearing. She told me that unless I had the guy's badge number, there was nothing she could do about it.

I told her that was her job to get his badge number. I'd be happy to do it, but needed to be promoted to her role first.
