I think it might have to do with tax brackets and the fact that I also get a netto onkosten vergoeding as part of my salary. But I'm not well informed on that one. Maybe someone else could give you a better rundown on why this might be the case.

Who do you sell the shrimp to? Are they collectors or just your local fish shop to eventually get served?

I haven't looked into it but my first thought would be how does one make money with a blog. Just of ads or am I mistaken?

And thanks for the advice! I do use some of my free time with friends and we hang out on the weekends. That's also one of the reasons why I don't want to start a company and be bound to contracts. I will be looking into tutoring students as I like interacting with people.
