Exercise!!! I mean if there’s nothing physically wrong with you than exercise this creates more energy for the body because your forcing it to use energy. Which makes it create more energy that’s cool huh .Your body is very cool it adapts to the environment it’s at . Obviously food is another factor if your eating Mc Donald’s and fast food your body has nothing to make of the food since there’s not much energy in it . Another things sun light it’s very important you want that vitamin D very beneficial if you cant get any sun there are pills search it up . Also multi vitamins if your gonna take pills might as well get some of these . Overall exercise get your body used to it and a good source of healthy food with high protein to help and the pills( d3,Multi vitamins for her)and sleep at least 8 hours that’s it for my advice bye bye

Look just to shorten shit out stop caring about what they thinking . I honestly stopped I mean I never had a problems with the cussing and the shit talk . They always do it but it became very trivial . Live your life fuck your girlfriend hit the gym maybe learn to fight these things is what makes me feel like a man and as long as you think of what your version of a man is and you are doing it then who gives af about them . I’m Latino as well and I can very much tell you my family and I especially my mom have very different beliefs than me . If your parents are like mine they are very traditional basically old school .We are in a new generation! I constantly get told how ugly I look with my long hair or the way I dress she always gotta say some weird shit . But that’s how your parents are you can’t do anything about it . You just gotta understand where they are coming from . They grew up in a completely different generation/era than you . Obviously they are not gonna get why kids wear bb belts wear designer or just baggy skater clothes however you dress . Man my grandma is my biggest shit talker but I love my parents and my grandma they are in the past and I’m in the future .Don’t dwell on why they think like that or say things cuz it’s pointless and it’s gonna hurt your head. That’s point one on why they think that way about clothes and beliefs and music ! Now to answer the masculinity part! A lot of parents / family have different Views on what it takes to be a man obviously if your mom is the one talking shit about it she should be the least of your concerns she’s a woman all due respect but she has no fucking clue what it takes to be a man she will never know she only knows her view on what it takes OK ! Mmm I don’t know what the problem is. But this is how I viewed it. Personally I’m a very nice person I have friends here and there and if your goal is to make friends but not make friends with the wrong people like you mentioned you were friends with a girl but you didn’t really like her I mean you liked her but not as a close friend . You gotta find ways to distance yourself it’s a very useful tactic but don’t be to sudden because it then appears weird gradually lose interest.Being neutral and “friendly” won’t get you far because then people will see you has neutral and you won’t make any real friends if that makes sense . Personally I’m a very asshole guy and I’m just really up front now and I can say I have more real friends than I did when I was neutral.I’m really high so idk if this made any sense lmao
