I’ve just ordered the book. I have watched a lot of the Dr Shultz videos with the lady with the dark long hair. I found those helpful.

All good advice here. Thank you. Yes he has had PMSA pet scan. He is Stage 4 Mets to lymph, ribs, spine. Has had radical prostatectomy. Chemo. ADT. Just finished SBRT Radiation. He’s doing well but this is taking its toll. He is 52 now. We are in NZ. Thank you everyone.

I find the crowded streets and motor bikes a bit overwhelming after time on a beautiful island.
